We assume no responsibility for verifying the accuracy of member-provided information beyond our ID verification process. All interactions and relationships formed through or as a result of this Platform are between consenting adults. Elite Companions is not a party to any such relationships and bears no responsibility for their nature, quality, or legal consequences.

3. Not a Counseling or Escort Service

Elite Companions is NOT:

• A marriage counseling service, relationship therapy provider, or mental health resource.
• An escort agency, introduction agency, or matchmaking service.
• A guarantor of any relationship outcome, successful or otherwise.
• Responsible for mediating disputes between members.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Elite Companions makes absolutely NO guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding:

• Success in finding matches or forming connections.
• The accuracy, truthfulness, or completeness of any member-provided information.
• The conduct, character, or intentions of any member, whether on or off the Platform.
• Any specific outcome, result, or benefit from your use of our service.
• The safety or security of in-person meetings arranged through the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ELITE COMPANIONS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, or mental anguish.
• Relationship breakdown, divorce, separation, or family discord.
• Financial losses, loss of income, or damages of any monetary nature.
• Physical injury, harm, illness, or death resulting from interactions with other members.
• Defamation, invasion of privacy, or reputational damage.
• Loss of data, identity theft, or cybersecurity incidents (despite our security measures).
• ANY CONSEQUENCES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR USE OF THIS PLATFORM.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold completely harmless Elite Companions, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees on an attorney-and-own-client basis) arising from or related to:

• Your use of or interaction with the Platform in any manner.
• Your violation of any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Your interactions, communications, or meetings with other members.
• Any content, material, or information you post, share, or transmit through the Platform.
• Any dispute you have with another member.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account and continues in perpetuity.

This Platform may contain adult-oriented content and themes. By accessing Elite Companions, you expressly confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had never been included.
