Yes! Creating a profile and browsing members is completely free. Free members can upload photos, browse profiles (with blurred photos for privacy), and send up to 3 likes per day. Premium membership (R349/month) unlocks unlimited messaging, full unblurred photos, and priority placement.

Elite Companions welcomes all discerning adults aged 18 and above. We embrace diversity and welcome all genders, orientations, and relationship statuses. Every member must complete ID verification to ensure a safe, authentic community.

Our Concierge team personally verifies each submission within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once verified. Premium members receive priority verification (within 12 hours).

Only verified members can view profiles. You can adjust your privacy settings to control visibility. Free members see blurred photos; Premium members see full profiles. You can also block specific members if needed.

Absolutely. We never store your banking details. All payments are processed through secure EFT or Ozow Instant EFT. You pay directly from your banking app - your credentials never enter our system.

Yes. You can request complete account deletion at any time from your dashboard or by contacting our Concierge. All your data will be permanently removed within 7 days, with no trace remaining.

Premium membership (R349/month) unlocks: Unlimited messaging, Full unblurred photos, See who viewed your profile, See who liked you, Anonymous browsing, Priority placement in search results, ID Verified badge, and Priority Concierge support (2-hour response time).

You can upgrade from your dashboard. Simply click "Upgrade to Premium," choose your payment method (Instant EFT via Ozow or Manual EFT with POP upload), and complete the payment. Once verified, your Premium features activate immediately (Ozow) or within 24 hours (Manual EFT).

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your Premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or hidden charges. We don't believe in locking you in.

We accept Instant EFT via Ozow (immediate activation) and Manual EFT with POP upload (verification within 24 hours). All major South African banks are supported: Capitec, FNB, Nedbank, ABSA, Standard Bank.

While we don't offer a free trial, the first 50 members receive Premium FREE for life! You can also start with a free account to explore the platform before upgrading. Many members find value in Premium within the first week.

When you like a profile and they like you back, it's a match! Both members are notified, and you can start messaging immediately. Premium members can see who liked them before matching, giving them a strategic advantage.

To protect our community from spam and unwanted messages, you can only message members you've matched with (mutual likes). This ensures all conversations are welcome and intentional.

You'll receive an email notification (which you can disable in settings) and see a notification badge on your dashboard. We never reveal your email address to other members - all communication stays within our secure platform.

Great first messages reference something specific from their profile. Ask a question about their interests, compliment their taste in photos, or share a common experience. Avoid generic "Hey" or "Hi" - personalized messages get 5x more responses.

All members can upload up to 5 photos. We recommend using all 5 slots - profiles with 3+ photos receive significantly more views and matches. Premium members can also upload a 15-second video introduction.

Use clear, recent photos where your face is visible. Smile - it makes you appear approachable! Include a mix: a headshot, a full-body photo, and photos showing your interests or lifestyle. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, or group photos as your main picture.

This protects our members' privacy while allowing free members to browse and get a sense of the community. Premium membership unlocks full, unblurred photos - one of many reasons members choose to upgrade.

Yes! You can update, add, or remove photos anytime from your dashboard. New photos may take up to 24 hours to be reviewed by our moderation team to ensure they meet our community guidelines.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a secure reset link. The link expires in 1 hour for security. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Our website is fully mobile-responsive - you can access all features from your phone's browser. For the best experience, you can "Add to Home Screen" from your browser menu. A dedicated app is in development.

Visit the profile and click the "Report" button. Select a reason and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. You can also block any member from their profile page.

Every member is ID verified - no exceptions. Our moderation team reviews all profiles and photos. We use SSL encryption, never share personal data, and offer blocking/reporting tools. Your safety is our foundation.

Red flags: Anyone asking for money, wanting to move off-platform immediately, refusing video calls, or having only one photo. Trust your instincts. Report suspicious behavior immediately - we take swift action.

Our moderation team reviews the report within 24 hours. We may contact you for additional information. If a violation is confirmed, the member may be warned, suspended, or permanently banned. Your identity as the reporter remains confidential.

Yes. We expect all members to treat each other with respect. Harassment, hate speech, explicit content, solicitation, and illegal activity are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account termination.
